To create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for everyone, we ask all members to read and agree to the following guidelines before joining. Our goal is to foster creativity, collaboration, and respect across diverse viewpoints and experiences.

1. Respectful Communication

  • Speak kindly and respectfully. We are a diverse community, and differing opinions are welcome, but respect is non-negotiable.
  • No hate speech, bullying, or harassment. Discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, or any other personal characteristic will not be tolerated.

2. Constructive Feedback

  • Offer feedback with care. Aim to help others grow by being constructive and positive.
  • If receiving feedback, be open to learning, but feel free to express boundaries if needed.

3. Safe Space for Creativity

  • Celebrate creativity and exploration. This is a space for sharing ideas and works in progress. Honor others’ creative journeys and processes.
  • Avoid unsolicited critiques unless asked by the creator.

4. Inclusivity and Open-Mindedness

  • Embrace inclusivity. Make an effort to listen and learn from the diverse experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds of others.
  • Stay open-minded and curious about different points of view, artistic styles, and approaches to creative work.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Respect the privacy of others. Do not share personal or creative information, ideas, or projects from this space without explicit permission.
  • What’s shared in the community stays in the community unless otherwise agreed.

6. Collaboration and Support

  • Support and encourage others. We thrive on collective growth and learning.
  • If you’re open to collaboration, state your interest clearly; if you prefer to work solo, that’s perfectly fine too!

7. No Spam or Self-Promotion

  • Avoid spamming or posting excessive self-promotion. Share your work with intention and when relevant to the community discussion.
  • Use designated channels for self-promotion or networking where appropriate.

8. Conflict Resolution

  • If conflicts arise, handle them respectfully and privately when possible. In cases where help is needed, reach out to community moderators for support.
  • We value resolution and mutual understanding over escalation.

9. Uphold Community Integrity

  • Follow the community guidelines. Repeated violations or harmful behavior may result in removal from the community to maintain a safe and creative environment for everyone.

By agreeing to these guidelines, you help foster a space where all members can thrive, create, and connect in meaningful ways. Let’s keep this community positive, supportive, and inspiring for all!
