Puppetry Community Manager
Paid • Remote • Approx. 10 hours/month
Little Shadow’s Puppetry Community is a vibrant, supportive, and artist-centered membership space designed for puppeteers, puppet-adjacent creatives, and storytellers who are committed to growing their craft. Through workshops, classes, meet-ups, coaching, and collaborative opportunities, we help artists develop skills, build meaningful connections, and bring bold stories to life.
We are seeking a Community Manager who is excited about nurturing creative communities, amplifying member engagement, and helping us continue to grow a space where artists feel inspired, supported, and seen.
The Community Manager will help us maintain a warm, responsive, and creatively stimulating environment for our members. This contractor role blends behind-the-scenes organization with active presence inside the community. You’ll schedule posts, spark conversation, support member participation, and collaborate with our team to improve the experience we offer.
This is an ideal role for someone who loves the arts, knows how to foster online engagement, and wants a flexible, low-hour leadership role in a creative space.
