Introduction to Production Management for Touring

The production manager is frequently the person who is one step ahead of the team on tours for larger shows. Join industry veteran, Carly Levin, as she walks you through what a PM does from beginning to end when advancing for a tour stop.

The conversation will touch on whether a venue is appropriate for your production, next steps after a venue is confirmed, how to prep for the road and what to do when you arrive on site

No matter how big or small your team or show, this course is jam packed with valuable, practical information.

Participants will leave with a check list that can be easily customized for their own shows.
