About Raymond Carr
Raymond Carr has been a filmmaker and puppeteer for 20 years. His award-winning films have been accepted into Oscar-qualifying festivals worldwide, with a highly stylized style spanning puppetry, sci-fi, and fantasy with a social conscience. He co-stars in Jim Henson Company's Splash and Bubbles (PBS) and is an ensemble member of Puppet Up! for Henson Alternative, with credits including Crank Yankers, Walking With Dinosaurs, LazyTown (Nick Jr.), BBC's Moon and Me, Earth to Ned (Disney+), and work for the Center for Puppetry Arts, Cartoon Network, HBO, and Disney. His film Hitori, produced by Heather Henson's Handmade Puppet Dreams, is streaming on Amazon Prime. He served on the board of The Jim Henson Foundation, was Puppet Captain on Netflix's ERIC starring Benedict Cumberbatch, and has directed episodes of Yo Gabba Gabbaland on Apple TV+.
